These Terms govern your use of Crispshot, an iOS app published by BUNKER GAMES. By installing or using Crispshot, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The app

Crispshot is provided to you for personal use. You may use it to edit, stitch, and export screenshots and images that you own or have the right to use. You are responsible for the content you process with the app.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Crispshot on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms.

Subscriptions

Crispshot is free to install. Crispshot Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription that unlocks additional features.

Subscription prices are shown in the app and on the App Store
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
Refunds are handled by Apple according to Apple's refund policy

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use Crispshot to process content you do not have the legal right to edit or share
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the app
Use the app to create misleading, deceptive, or unlawful images
Use the app in a way that violates Apple's App Store Review Guidelines

You are solely responsible for any content you create with Crispshot and for how you use, share, or distribute that content.

Disclaimer

Crispshot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every device or iOS version.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BUNKER GAMES shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to lost data, lost time, or lost profits.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by updating this page with a new "Last updated" date.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to where BUNKER GAMES is registered. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
